The new 2025 Shimano Aero X5a Distance model is now available with a 120g casting test. The old 120g. model was called Distance Power and is significantly more powerful than the claimed casting weight (120g), so it's fair to say that the old 90g model has now been transformed into a 120g model in terms of its power. So anyone who liked the X5 90 can now upgrade to the X5a 120g model.
