Returning and exchanging goods

1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods.

Delivery: 3.5 EUR.Free delivery for orders of 49 € and more, excluding feed and accessories.

Delivery to Curonian Spit 30€. The system does not automatically calculate this amount, so we will send you an additional invoice for delivery to Curonian Spit.

Payment

Payment by bank transfer is only possible after verification and confirmation of the order. This is because there is no 100% certaintythat we have all the selected items or quantities available at the time of order.

Cash on delivery

Payment can be made to the courier at the time of delivery. There is no additional cost for cash payment. You will receive the final payment amount in a separate email.
