If you're a serious carp angler, you probably already know that Technium Invisitec has a fantastic reputation in the world of carp fishing. It is one of the most advanced hi-tech lines on the market and is especially appreciated when fishing in clear water, as it adapts and blends perfectly to any lake bottom.
With its reduced elasticity and excellent strength-to-diameter ratio, the Technium is the perfect compromise between a braided and a standard monofilament line.
For carp anglers: when using light bite indicators or slack line systems, the sensitivity and sinking properties of this line give a serious advantage.
For troublesome fish: Compared to completely inelastic braided lines, Technium Invisitec has enough elasticity to absorb sudden fish strikes and reduce the risk of unhooking.
Three different layers have been used in the development of this line to ensure the best possible performance:
A highly resistant central core with low elasticity properties that reduce the stretch of Technium Invisitec by up to 50% compared to standard monofilament reels.
This significantly improves the bite indication (especially when bottom/feeder fishing), but leaves enough elasticity to safely retrieve the fish.
middle layer: Gives the reel an exceptional flexibility that you will feel as soon as you pick it up in your hand.
It guarantees long, smooth casts and incredible knot strength.
Protective outer layer: Not only protects the line from harmful UV rays, but also creates a silky smooth surface. This reduces friction during casting and maximises abrasion resistance when fishing between shells or snags.
