The Trabucco Spectrum XR Feeder 5500 is a top-of-the-range tool designed specifically for competition-level fishing and demanding anglers. This 5500 size model offers extra power and higher line retrieval speeds, making it ideal for medium to long distance fishing on large bodies of water.

This reel weighs 400 grams. It has a 4.6 to 1 ratio, but thanks to the increased diameter of the drum, the reel can reel in up to 90 centimetres of line with one turn of the knob. The mechanism is fitted with 9 plus 1 premium stainless steel bearings for incredibly smooth operation and durability, even under heavy loads.

Maximum braking power is 8 kilograms. The precision brake allows the angler to work safely with the thinnest of leashes, which is critical in the case of sluggish bites. The drum capacity is optimised for the needs of the angler and reaches 200 metres with a line thickness of 0.22 millimetres.

The Trabucco Spectrum XR 5500 has an integrated slow oscillation system which, together with the special Long Cast drum profile, ensures perfect line laying and helps to achieve impressive casting distances.
