What makes Expert Superlight different from, say, other very popular fly fishing rods like Siweida Sensy or Akara Estetic? This model is slightly heavier, but all the weight is concentrated in the handle and the blank itself is lighter than the Sensy model. However, when you pick it up, the weight of the handle immediately disappears, because it has a much better balance than rods with skeletonised handles that weigh nothing. So the strain on the wrists is much less, and the feeling of holding such a rod with a lightweight reel is really fantastic.
