The Shimano Rod Aero X7A Distance Feeder 3.96 m (13'0", 110 g) is a rod that should not be called Precision but Distance. It is an ultra-fast-action, dry blank designed for long-distance casting. It is ideal for fishing in the Nemunas or other places where extra long casts are needed - and it will certainly not be too light for such conditions.

Compared to the slightly shorter 12'6" X7A Distance Feeder, this 13-foot model is noticeably faster and seems to be more powerful. If you are looking for a feeder for still water only, we recommend the 12'6" Distance - it will be more versatile and more gentle for these conditions.
