Golden Catch Flick 24 FLS-762ULS is one of the most versatile UL-class spinning rods, designed for those who are looking for a slightly longer, sensitive, but at the same time wider range of baits. With a length of 2.29 m and a casting test of 0.8-8 g, this rod allows you to fish not only with micro jigs, but also with small wobblers, spinners or even small silicone baits with headhooks up to 6-8 g.
The blank is made of high quality carbon fibre and is characterised by its sensitivity and good response to any bite. The rod is equipped with SiC K-series rings, which prevent the line from twisting, reduce friction and extend the casting distance. Elegant design combines with functionality - the partial EVA handle and comfortable reel holder ensure comfort in summer and in colder weather.
The Flick 762ULS is ideal for both stillwater and mid-current river fishing. The longer shaft allows for comfortable handling of lures and maintaining contact even at longer distances. This model is ideal for fishing for perch, bream, minnows and other targets with light tackle.
The updated Flick, which will only be available in 2025, is worthy of this section :) The Ukrainians have really tried to raise the bar for economic micro jigs and have produced something very similar to the Crazy Fish Perfect Jig (on the lightest tests) - maybe a bit more modern and with a friendlier pricing. A fast, light, sensitive jig for UL micro jigging with a solid tip. If you are targeting bass and want a fast action, as sensitive as possible jig under 100 €, the new Flick will not disappoint.
Golden Catch Flick 24 FLS-762ULS - can no longer be called a micro jigging rod, as it is more of a light class jig. The lower limit of 0.8 g is more theoretical - 0.8 g oats are not recommended with this rod. This is a spinning rod for 2-3 inch rubber rods and heads up to 12 g total weight. Its fast action and low weight are positive, but you should not expect to cast 14 g and it will be a safe weight when needed. 10 g + rubber is a limit I would not recommend exceeding.
Fishing with a 5-10 g head will be a pleasure, and it won't make much difference whether you are fishing with a €200 rod or a €70 Flick. The light weight, the fast action, the very comfortable and responsive grip - everything is designed to make this Flick a very popular rod.
