Despite its enormous power, this reel is surprisingly compact and comfortable to hold. The standard 300 model with double knob can spin up to 78 cm of line in a single turn, while the HG version with powerful single knob allows you to pick up up to 103 cm of line in a single stroke - the ideal solution when you need speed and power in one tool.

Weighing just over 300 g, the Tranx is not lightweight, but its construction with a robust aluminium HAGANE Core Solid Body ensures maximum strength. Smooth operation is ensured by the MicroModule gear system, which puts you in control of the fight from the very first second with a powerful catch. The Shimano Cross Carbon Drag System provides a minimum of 8 kg of stopping power, so even the fiercest battles will be in your favour.

For precision and cast control , Tranx uses the advanced SVS MD (Monster Drive) Tune braking system with internal adjustment and external setting wheel. The synchronised level wind mechanism ensures that the line is perfectly layered on the aluminium S3D drum without biting into the lines, especially with braided lines. Additional protection against environmental influences is provided by the latest X-Protect technology, so the reel will remain reliable for a long time, even in difficult conditions.
