What to expect from a 20eur spinning rod? First thought is some Norfa or Lidl "masterpiece" where you can't tell if it's a spinning rod or a carp rod :) and it's definitely going to be a fibreglass blank and 5 giant and crooked rings. Times are changing, or at least Siweida manages to get the rods from the Chinese factory without making them 5x more expensive???? The Siweida Black Cat doesn't really qualify as a very sensitive, light and fast action rod, but it is a carbon fibre blank with decent rings and a fairly modern handle. For the beginner and the budget angler, this is an excellent choice.
