What to expect from a spinning rod costing 20 EUR? First you think it's some Norfa or Lidl "masterpiece" where you can't tell if it's a spinning rod or a carp rod :), and it's definitely going to be a fibreglass blank and 5 giant and crooked rings. It turns out that times are changing, or at least Siweida manages to get the rods from the Chinese factory without charging 5x for them??? The Siweida Black Cat does not really claim to be a very sensitive, light and fast action rod, but it is a carbon blank with decent rings and a fairly modern handle. For the beginner and the budget angler, this is an excellent choice.
