These are great reels for inland trolling. In this type of fishing, the plastic drum withstands all the loads, and trolling becomes much more pleasant than when trolling with non-inertial reels. When fishing with a multiplier, it is much easier to pull the bait without stopping the engine than with a non-inertial reel, and the loud noise can be heard even when swimming with gasoline engines and will warn you about baiting.

The Okuma Magda is not a durable choice for a very powerful offshore troll. In the long run, the line can deform the plastic drum. For sea fishing, it is better to choose Okuma Classic or higher class reels.
