The Preston Intensity feeder reel was designed with one thing in mind - more casting. These reels were designed by Lee Kerry, who tested prototypes and looked for ways to create the most reliable and long-casting reel possible. The reels of this series have all the best technological solutions such as Powerdrive, CNC aluminum drum, compact body and worm line winding system, which will allow further casting and protect the line from loops. This flagship of Preston reels is equipped with an SDS (speed Drag System) friction brake, which will allow you to adjust the brake strength very quickly. All models have a wide but shallow drum and won't need much backing. Both reel drums have two non-scratching line clips and will make it easier to fish at different distances. The solid long aluminum handle will make it easier to retrieve the heavy feeder, and the 3mm aluminum bow will bend very hard and withstand heavy loads.
